It was fluffy and moist and the homemade apricot jam they served with it was delectable! I have never really eaten grits but they were delicious! And let’s talk about my biscuit… It was heavenly! Seriously the best biscuit I have ever had. I had the Egg Plate which came with two eggs, grits, bacon, and a biscuit! Everything was cooked perfectly. It was just Tyrell and I that dined at this restaurant. I thought it was super cute and trendy and it made me feel at home! The staff was wonderful and I loved their uniforms with Biscuit Love shirts on. It has a farm house feel with lots of wood and white walls. There was bright lights spelling out Nashville on the wall. The Gulch location that we went to was all about Nashville. They had the cutest hats, t-shirts, and knick-knacks to buy! I was seriously considering making a purchase but decided to wait. Once we made it inside the building the lines walk you around their gift items to purchase. There are two large community tables which they will try to have ready for you once you reach the front of the line. You must order before you are seated so take the time to figure out what you want! They do not accept reservations so if you are going with a larger group they cannot guarantee you will be sat together. Once you are in line they will bring you menus. However, we have heard that the line can sometimes take up to an hour if you go at peak times. I’d say we waiting about 15-20 minutes before making it to the front of the line. Even though we started around the corner, the line moved surprisingly fast. We should have brought an umbrella since it wasn’t long before it started to drizzle. Yep, they were all waiting in line to get into Biscuit Love. When we arrived at The Gulch which is the shopping center home to Biscuit Love and the wings wall mural, we notice a line of people around the corner. Also, if you are heading to Seattle check out another famous biscuit place, Biscuit Bitch! Expect a Wait The South is know for biscuits and chicken so we knew we had to check this place out. One of these staple restaurants in Nashville is Biscuit Love. It has led us to grungy cafes with the best coffee ever and it has also taken us to staple restaurants that the locals are proud of. Whenever we arrive in a city we always ask a local where to eat.
